Narcosis with laughing gas – dental treatment without anxiety and pain

The narcosis is carried out by an experienced anaesthetist according to the most modern medical knowledge and the highest safety regulations. In case of a healthy patient the risks of a narcosis treatment are very little and not much higher than in case of a local anaesthetic carried out by the dentist.

This is a simple and safe sedative method, which shouldn’t be confused with general anaesthetic.

With the help of our Master Flux equipment we can achieve a state of sedation, during which the patient is monitored with a pulsoximeter, which is measuring the heart frequency and the oxygen level of the blood continuously. The laughing gas (N₂O) and the oxygen is mixed up by this modern equipment and the patient can breathe it in through a small nose mask.

After a few minutes the patient can relax completely, though he is fully conscious and responsive, as well.

The laughing gas has got the following effects: it relieves pain and anxiety and calms you down.  

After the treatment with laughing gas the patient gets only pure oxygen. As a result of this the effect of the laughing gas decreases and the patient can leave the surgery with a clear head, so he can continue his or her normal activities at once.

Of course after the dental treatment the anaesthetist will monitor the patient for a while and if required he or she can take advantage of one of our hotel rooms for a rest.

The use of the Master Flux equipment is totally safe and reliable, because during the use the pure nitrous oxide doesn’t into the lungs.

The Master Flux can also be used case of indisposition and in case of emergency.

The patient can inhale pure oxygen or even artificial respiration can be used.
