On the basis of our picture for the future and our strategy the manager of the Ltd has determined, published and informed the employees of the policy of the company.

“The Diamant-Dent Dental Medical Institute set itself the goal, that the quality of the provided services should correspond to the expectations and demands of our patients and guests, the high professional demands and the concerning public health regulations.

 In order to ensure the fulfilment of these demands and expectations, the management of the institute have introduced the MSZ EN ISO 9001:2009 requirement system and they will follow the guidelines of the quality system.

By the fulfilment of the principles of the continuous development, we follow the provided dental, cosmetic, hotel and financial services.

The institute spares no efforts to develop the further training and the knowledge of its employees, in order to correspond to the latest professional challenges and to provide high-quality services to our patients and guests.

All employees of the Diamant-Dent Dental Medical Institute have acknowledged the new quality policy, they know and fundamental aims of the MSZ EN ISO 9001:2009 quality system and the requirements of the system.’

The regular examination of the policy and the updating in line with demand is one of the inspection tasks of the management of the institute.
